Customer Support Executive

About the Role:Aurora Response Co. is seeking energetic Customer Support Executives to join our growing remote-first team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues related to orders, services, and account management. This role requires patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Maintain call logs and update CRM records after every interaction.

  • Escalate unresolved cases to senior support staff while following SOPs.

  • Consistently achieve KPIs for response time and resolution quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 12th pass accepted with experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written English.

  • Prior customer service experience (voice or non-voice) is a plus.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
