Type: Full-Time, Corporate Client Focus

Role Overview:This role is focused on mid-to-large corporate clients. You will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, handle credit appraisals, provide transaction banking solutions, and cross-sell relevant banking and financial products. High accountability on risk, compliance, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with corporate clients; understand business models, financials & industry risks.

  2. Lead credit appraisal & financial analysis; prepare risk assessment and credit proposals.

  3. Handle documentation & post-disbursement compliance.

  4. Collaborate with treasury & risk teams for structuring deals, foreign exchange, working capital, etc.

  5. Meet revenue / profits targets for corporate banking business.

  6. Cross-sell retail asset & liability products via corporate channels (employee salary accounts, etc.).

  7. Maintain portfolio health: monitor exposures, client performance, risk flags.

  8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, operations, product) for seamless client onboarding.

  9. Keep up with industry & regulatory updates; advise clients accordingly.

  10. Represent bank at corporate forums, client meetings, industry events to generate leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance / Commerce / MBA preferred.

  • 4-8 years experience in corporate banking / relationship management.

  • Strong financial modelling, credit & risk evaluation skills.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication ability.

  • Ability to handle large-value transactions & complex products.
