About the Role:Infobeans seeks a UI/UX Researcher to conduct user studies, usability testing, and research to inform product design. You will work closely with design and product teams to ensure designs are rooted in actual user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests.

• Generate personas, empathy maps, journey maps.

• Translate research findings into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with designers to iterate designs.

• Present research results to stakeholders.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Degree in HCI / Psychology / Design / Anthropology or related.

• 1-3 years experience in UX research.

• Strong qualitative & quantitative research skills.

• Familiarity with usability tools (UserTesting, OptimalSort, etc.).
