About the Role:We want a UI/UX Designer to lead the design of modern, user-friendly web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to turn user needs into attractive, usable products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, create personas, workflows, customer journeys.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes for web and mobile apps.

• Design high-fidelity UI layouts, define visual style, icons, typography.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design feasibility.

• Ensure responsive design and cross-platform consistency.

• Participate in usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Degree in Design / Fine Arts / HCI / Interaction Design or similar.

• 2-3 years of proven UI/UX design experience.

• Proficiency in tools like Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / Photoshop / Illustrator.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating good visual design & user-centred thinking.

• Knowledge of responsive design, web/mobile best practices.

• Good communication skills, ability to present & defend design decisions.
