About the Role:As Technical Lead, you will guide development teams, architect backend systems (Java / Spring), ensure delivery, mentor juniors and ensure code quality.

Responsibilities:

• Define technical architecture for backend services.

• Oversee coding standards, code reviews.

• Hands-on coding in Java / Spring Boot / Hibernate.

• Coordinate with product, design, QA.

• Resolve technical challenges, performance bottlenecks.

• Mentor junior developers.

Skills / Qualifications:

• 4-7 years experience in Java backend development.

• Strong experience with Spring / Hibernate / microservices.

• Good knowledge of design patterns.

• Experience of leading teams.
