Job DescriptionJob roles & responsibilities:# Responsible for whole Weld Shop Fixtures & Hemming Die Maintenance, # Tools, Jigs designing - Fixture & Hemming Die Preventive Maintenance, # Achieve Body Shell Dimension Integrity through analysis of CMM/PIST & CF Report, Inhouse Fixture correction and in co-ordination with SQ, VQ & Planning Team# Table Top Hemming Die Maintenance.    # Next Customer Issue resolution,# Implementation of Poka-Yoke on line side.# Support all lines & new projects launch for the faster FSO delivery.# Knowledge of developing & implementing P0, PP & SOP’s Quality Standards for New Projects.# Fixture Spares Management.Essential & Desirable Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills i.e. what are the 'must haves' for this roleEducation , Skills & Experience    SKILLSEducation: Degree/diploma in Mechanical/Tool& dieExperience: Around 5~8 years
