About the Role:LTIMindtree is looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer to work on enterprise microservices architectures, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java / Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Optimize database queries, caching, and ensure low latency.

• Participate in code reviews, mentoring intermediate and junior engineers.

• Assist in deployment strategies and maintain production readiness.

Skills / Qualifications:

• B.Tech / BE / MCA in CS / IT or related field.

• 5-7 years experience in backend development using Java / Spring Boot.

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB etc.).

• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, possibly containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Good verbal & written communication.
