About the Role:We seek a Scrum Master to lead Agile / Scrum processes, facilitate ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and help teams deliver effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives.

  • Coach teams on Agile best practices.

  • Monitor progress, metrics (velocity, burn-down etc.).

  • Help remove impediments.

  • Work with product owners to maintain backlog.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years as Scrum Master or in agile delivery roles.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is preferred.

  • Good communication, coaching skills.

  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks.
