Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Assist in onboarding new users to the platform
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi
A laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated and able to work independently
