About the Role:This role involves servicing affluent clients, wealth advisory, growing client portfolios, cross-selling banking & investment products, ensuring high standards of client experience, and driving business growth. You’ll work in a competitive target-driven environment, supported by experienced product specialists and a robust infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients; deepen relationships via regular engagement and advisory.

  2. Understand clients’ financial goals, life stage, investment preferences; advise on mutual funds, equity, fixed income, insurance, retirement & tax efficient solutions.

  3. Meet defined revenue, AUM, and new client acquisition targets every quarter.

  4. Identify cross-selling opportunities among existing client base for credit (home loans, personal/business), insurance, and other banking products.

  5. Maintain records of client interactions, update CRM, ensure follow-ups and meetings are scheduled.

  6. Stay updated with market trends, product updates, regulatory changes; maintain product knowledge.

  7. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML rules; ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.

  8. Resolve client grievances, ensure service delivery is top notch.

  9. Collaborate with operations, product and risk teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.

  10. Participate in workshops / client events to network and generate leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance / Business / Economics.

  • 3-6 years of experience in private banking / wealth management / relationship management.

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, credit & risk management.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Target oriented, self-motivated, hi-energy.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in using Excel, CRM software.
