Relationship Manager — Corporate Banking

• Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large corporate clients.

• Originate and structure credit solutions up to INR 250 crore.

• Coordinate due diligence with credit and legal teams.

• Maintain and grow relationships through regular business reviews.

• Cross-sell cash management, trade finance and forex products.

• Prepare credit proposals and risk assessments.

• Liaise with internal product specialists for tailored solutions.

• Monitor covenant compliance and early warning indicators.

• Achieve quarterly revenue and asset growth targets.

• Represent bank at client meetings and industry events.

• Required: 4–7 years in corporate banking, strong credit skills.

• Preferred: MBA / CA inter, excellent negotiation and Excel skills.

• Employment type: Full-time, on-site in Mumbai.
