About the Role:Axis Bank seeks a Private Wealth Advisor who will cater to HNI / Ultra-HNI clients, offering financial advice, wealth management, and banking solutions. The advisor will also be responsible for business growth through acquisition, client satisfaction, compliance, and managing risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand clients’ financial positions, risk appetites, long-term goals; prepare tailored financial plans.

  2. Recommend/rebalance investment portfolios: equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, alternative investments.

  3. Provide advisory on tax planning, estate planning, succession planning, trusts.

  4. Achieve targets for AUM growth, new client acquisition, revenue, and profitability.

  5. Identify opportunities for credit and banking solutions (loans, wealth credit, mortgages) for clients.

  6. Keep clients informed about market trends, product changes, and performance updates.

  7. Maintain high standards of KYC / AML compliance, documentation, risk controls.

  8. Resolve client concerns; ensure service excellence.

  9. Coordinate with internal stakeholders – product, compliance, operations – for client service delivery.

  10. Represent bank in seminars / luxury / HNI events; generate referrals and leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance / Banking / Economics.

  • At least 4-7 years of experience in private banking / wealth advisory.

  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets.

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • High client orientation and ability to deal with demanding clients.

  • Analytical skillset & proficiency in financial modeling.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
