• Oversee NEFT/RTGS/IMPS and card processing operations.

• Ensure SLA compliance and incident resolution.

• Implement process improvements and automation.

• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.

• Monitor fraud alerts and coordinate with fraud team.

• Ensure audit-readiness and document SOPs.

• Required: 5+ years in banking operations/payments.

• Preferred: Experience with payment gateways and switches.
