• Draft and review loan agreements, security documents and guarantees.

• Support recoveries, SARFAESI and enforcement matters.

• Provide legal advice on product launches and compliance.

• Liaise with external counsels and manage litigation.

• Keep abreast of banking laws and case law impacting bank.

• Required: LLB with 5+ years experience in banking law.

• Preferred: Experience with structured finance and IP litigation.
