About the Role:As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help shape business decisions. Your insights will directly impact product development, process improvements, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Extract data from multiple sources, clean and transform it for analysis.

  • Create dashboards and reports to track metrics, KPIs.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and measure impact.

  • Use statistical models and visualization tools.

  • Help in setting up data collection frameworks.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / CS or related.

  • 1-3 years experience in data analysis.

  • Strong Excel skills, knowledge of SQL.

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of Python / R is a plus.

  • Good presentation and communication skills.
