• Manage delinquent accounts and recovery strategies.

• Negotiate settlements and restructuring plans.

• Work with legal counsel for repossession/auction processes.

• Maintain borrower contact logs and action plans.

• Achieve monthly recovery targets and reduce NPLs.

• Required: 2–5 years collections experience in banking/NBFC.

• Preferred: Strong negotiation and resilience.
