About the Role:To support project delivery, Impiger needs a Business Analyst who will gather business requirements, document workflows, and act as a bridge between customers and development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand requirements; produce requirement spec.

  • Map out business processes, workflow diagrams.

  • Prepare functional specifications, use cases.

  • Support QA by reviewing test cases.

  • Monitor project progress, provide status updates.

  • Suggest improvements or process optimizations.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / IT or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years experience in business / systems analysis.

  • Good documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA.

  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
