Role Overview:As Branch RM inside-sales, you'll be working from the branch to maintain and expand customer relationships, particularly for insurance related products and general branch walk-ins / assigned leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use branch leads & assigned leads to sell insurance or bancassurance products.

  2. Reach out to existing customers for renewals, cross-selling.

  3. Maintain branch customer satisfaction, handle inquiries.

  4. Engage in telephonic follow-ups and in-person meetings to close sales.

  5. Meet monthly & quarterly targets.

  6. Report performance to branch management.

  7. Maintain documentation and compliance for sales.

  8. Coordinate with underwriting / claims teams when needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate with good spoken & written English.

  • Any prior sales / insurance / banking experience a plus.

  • Skill in cold calling and lead conversion.

  • Good interpersonal skills, customer focus.
