About the Role:

Responsible for smooth day-to-day branch operations including cash management, documentation, and compliance. Ensures efficient service delivery while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions, cash, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Ensure accuracy in documentation and account opening formalities.

• Maintain compliance with RBI and internal audit guidelines.

• Support branch manager in daily reconciliation and reporting.

• Assist customers with digital banking services.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field.

• 0–3 years of operations/banking experience.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
