About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our banking team in Indore. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting banking operations, promoting financial products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in financial services will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.

• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, and credit cards.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines.

• Handle cash management, branch operations, and daily reconciliation activities.

• Support customers in digital banking, mobile banking, and other technology-driven solutions.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.

• Work towards achieving sales targets and branch growth objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and compliance will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital banking systems.
