Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage deposits, withdrawals, and payments.

  • Provide accurate and prompt customer service.

  • Promote digital banking and self-service channels.

  • Maintain cash limits and daily reconciliation.

  • Address customer queries and escalate issues when required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 0–2 years of customer service/cash handling experience.

  • Good numerical ability and communication skills.
