First point of contact for customers at the branch, responsible for handling routine transactions and providing frontline support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Provide accurate and prompt customer service.
Promote digital banking and self-service channels.
Maintain cash limits and daily reconciliation.
Address customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of customer service/cash handling experience.
Good numerical ability and communication skills.
